Objective:
To assess how the hat’s weight affects performance and wearability during high-intensity runs. A lightweight hat is crucial for runners to reduce strain and prevent distractions.

Method:
Each hat was weighed on an electronic scale to determine its exact weight in grams. Subsequently, testers wore the hats during 5K and 10K runs to gauge perceptible differences in heaviness, especially during prolonged use.

Outcome:
The Gadiemkensd Foldable Reflection Repellency Lightweight excelled in this category with its rating of 9, consistently praised for its nearly weightless feel. The Headsweats Unisex Adult Race Black and Nathan Runcool Stash Pocket Running were rated slightly lower due to a moderate heft, which some runners noticed during longer runs.

Objective:

Method:
